Problems with an order

Everything is baked after you order, so we keep this simple.

If your order arrives damaged, too late to enjoy, or not what you ordered, tell us within a few hours of delivery. We will bake and send a replacement, or refund you.

Because every khaliya is baked fresh for you, we cannot take bread back once it has been delivered.

Need to cancel? Get in touch before your order goes into the oven on the morning of delivery and we will cancel it in full.
